HOW DO I BOOK A RENTAL?
After reviewing the pricing and frequently asked questions you can book from this link, BOOK HERE
From there it will take you to the calendar to see the availability and can choose the date and time you’d like to rent the studio.
Please note, you must schedule at least 48 hours in advance. If its a must, please reach out via email.
WHERE IS THE STUDIO LOCATED?
The studio is located in the Oliver building in the West bottoms.

Parking:
There is a gravel lot in the back(south side) of the building, that is where you will need to park.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY?
In the case you need to cancel your session, we do not offer refunds for cancellations. If you need to reschedule your session please let us know at least 48 hours before the original scheduled date/time. Rescheduling is at the availability of what is still open on the calendar.
WHAT IF I AM RUNNING LATE?
Your rental period starts at original time booked, so if yo show up 10 minutes late, you lose 10 minutes of your session. Pleas plan ahead to arrive 5-10 minutes early so you will not lose out on the time booked.
BAD WEATHER?
If the weather is bad, we will still stay open. Obviously if the weather is dangerous or excessive, we can reschedule on a case by case basis. Our first priority is the safety of our guests, we will not force someone to put themselves in danger.
Please reach out ahead of time if need be.
WILL THERE BE STAFF ON SITE?
Yes there will be a staff member on site to ensure safety and make sure nothing goes against the rules of the studio. With that being said, we value your privacy, the studio manager will not intervene or distract you from your session. We have a private area in the back of the studio that is curtained off from the main shooting area.
The studio manager will only be there to change backdrop colors or assist if needed with anything else.
There is a camera on site, this is only used in the case something is damaged, stolen, or anything suspicious happens. Cameras are never watched unless necessary for the business purposes.
