We collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, company name, number of employees needing headshots, preferred booking timeline, and any additional details you share.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, provide pricing and availability, prepare a quote, and coordinate your photography booking. We may contact you by email, phone, or text regarding your request.

Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to promotional emails or marketing text messages.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your lead inquiry information or share it with other businesses for their own marketing. We may use service providers to store inquiries, communicate with you, and manage bookings. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Facebook and Instagram separately process information under Meta’s Privacy Policy.

Storage and retention
